As the saying goes, sometimes you need to look back before moving forward. That is what we had to do at Try and Byte to chart our next steps as a company.
And look back we did.

Our origins stem from serving customers in underserved categories. We sold Mac games when Apple was on the verge of bankruptcy, USB floppy drives when the iMac was first announced, silicone cases for iPods when they were over $1000 to buy and so much more. How did we come to do this? We listened to what our customers wanted, got a glimpse into the potential market, and were curious enough to pursue these ideas.
As our devices, the market, and our customers change, we must adapt and adjust without losing what makes us unique.
With that, we begin our next phase with two words - "Start Here."
“Start Here” exemplifies our origins as the place to go for Apple games, accessories, and advice, as well as our willingness to try new things. “Start Here” will drive our content and marketing strategies as we head into a changing market for distribution and the brands we represent.
For us, this means a lot of experimentation, failure, and learning in the name of progress. We can't wait to see where this goes.
